National Day Party
國慶日聯歡晚會
You
are invited to the National Day buffet party at the venue of HKFYG on Wednesday,
27th September 2008, from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. Buffet, Fruit, Drinks
and Beer competition are provided.
自助餐晚會定於本年九月廿七日(星期六)晚上七時至十時於本會隔鄰青協場地舉行，屆時將有豐富食品、抽獎及啤酒競飲大賽。

Each member can book 1
table (10 participants) only. Booking for more than 10 seats may
needs special approval by the club .每位會員最多只有一檯名額(即10位參加者)。若超出十人，請列明預計總參加人數，本會因應報名情況才決定餘後參加者是否接受報名。
l
HK$100 will be levied for walk-in
members and guests, and may face the consequence of
non-acceptance. 沒有報名而即時參加者會被收取港幣一百元正，亦會可能因名額有限而被拒絕參與。

Free to members and first participant
if registration is received before the deadline (19th September,
2008) 會員於本年9月19日或之前報名費用全免，並可享有一額外免費名額。

There
are 10 participants per table. Family members and Guests (adult) at HK$60.00 per person,
children aged below 12 at HK$40.00 per person. 每十人可享用一圍燒烤，會員親屬及成人來賓每位港幣六十元正，十二歲以下小童每位港幣四十元正。 |

All charges will be
debited from the member’s bank account by autopay in the month of
October,
2008.

(2)
|
Full charges will be levied on every positive respondent even in the
event that members, their family or guests fail to turn up after
enrolment.

(3)
|
The Tai Po Boat Club Limited shall not be liable for any loss, injury
or death, which the participant may suffer in this activity.
|
|
|
(4)
|
Activities will be cancelled when amber, red or black rainstorm warning
or typhoon signal No. 3 or above is hoisted 2 hours before start of the
party.

本人明白

所有費用將於2008年
10月份由各會員之銀行戶口自動轉帳。

(2)
|
凡已報名之會員、會員直系親屬及客人，倘若在出發當日未能出席，船會將會根據原本之報名人數，照樣收費。

|
(3)
|
如在旅程中發生任何意外，導致任何人仕蒙受損、受傷或死亡，大埔船會及船會職員不會承擔任何責任。
|
|
|
(4)
|
如集合時間前兩小時，天文台懸掛黑色暴雨，3號或以上風球，改期出發。其它情況照常進行。
